What you need
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 mashed bananas
1 egg (or egg replacement)
1 TBSP coconut milk (or another alternative)
1 tsp vanilla
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and sea salt. Add bananas, oil, eggs, coconut milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
Next drop even amounts of batter on well greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
You may add in 1/2C dairy free, soy free chocolate chips but we were out.
